CERMET provides customers with titanium, copper, aluminum, tungsten, tungsten carbide and other reactive metals feedstock.We mainly promote catalytic degreasing process for metal injection molding feedstock products, which can be used to manufacture MIM products with net weight adjustable in the range of 0.1~1500g.

Our MIM feedstock has an excellent low carbon/oxygen/nitrogen PPM content, which provides excellent sintering properties in the final product. And our customer's special products include medical micro-tools, large-scale molds and fixtures, and structural parts for electronic products.

CERMET has up to 20 years of professional metal/ceramic injection molding technology research and development experience, from the material side to the process end of the full coverage, but also committed to provide customers with the full process of production standards, our products have been served in the various large-scale electronics manufacturing enterprises.

 

In addition, we conduct process screening for our customers' product requirements, and we have process routes for a full range of feedstock sizes in metal/ceramic injection molding technology, usually the main ones: catalytic debinding, solvent debinding, and thermal debinding for the three mainstream processes with different feedstock sizes.

Full-range Metal Feedstocks 

  • MIM-Ti titanium and titanium alloy feedstock: TA1-TA4, TC4(Ti-6Al-4V) grades, etc.
  • MIM Copper (Cu), Tungsten (W), Tungsten Carbide (WC-Co) and other reactive metal feedstock. 
  • MIM stainless steel (316L, 304, 17-4PH, 440C, F75),  Iron-based ( Fe8Ni), soft magnetic (FeSi3), deharable alloys and other conventional national standard grades.
  • Special customized non-standard grade feeding can be designed and adjusted at the material end, or in the process flow, to analyze the product requirements specifically.

CERMET's MIM hard alloy series has multiple material options for feedstocks: YG3-YG8 series/high-density tungsten alloy/SKD11/molybdenum alloy series.Can adjusted the adhesive properties in the feedstock design. Some products need to be sintered under special atmosphere protection and special auxiliary material design.

The MIM titanium alloy injection molding feedstock of CERMET has a good low carbon/oxygen/nitrogen PPM content and excellent quality in the sintering performance of the final product.
